This Japanese restaurant truly blew me away! Every dish—from the sushi boat to the spicy edamame and cucumber rolls—was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and literally melted in my mouth. The sushi rolls came in a wide variety, each packed with flavor and texture. Even the simple edamame was stir-fried to perfection—so aromatic and appetizing! The drinks were also outstanding. The cocktails were light and refreshing, while the sake had a smooth and lasting finish. The ambiance was quiet and relaxing, and the service was warm and attentive. I also loved seeing the wall full of customer photos and kind messages—it’s clear that the staff truly connect with their guests and create a welcoming, heartfelt space. With delicious food, great drinks, and a cozy environment, this is the perfect spot to enjoy with family or friends. A solid five-star recommendation! 👍👍👍👍👍

Chef was attentive and took my considerations seriously. I gave him free reigns and didn't get anything extremely exploratory which is understandable, but was given a nice selection of what he thought was their best. All it all, I think the tuna was covered up with too much of a vinegary sauce, however it was a deliberate choice by the chef and that's on me, and I really liked the Hamachi and the custom roll that was made for me so I definitely give a 5 star rating and will be back. I like this place and will try to introduce others.

If you appreciate traditional sushi, this place is a must go for you. And it's extremely rare to find an actual Japanese sushi chef ANYWHERE making the sushi for you - this place has it. So surprising to find him in this town. And he's a delightful man with decades of experience. I can not say much about their rolls, because, well, I don't eat them. But they sure know how to pick a fish and cut it for your joyous pleasure. I can sweat by it, after going here for many years. Never a let down.

Amazingly good sushi. Suni our host and chef is a dynamo, taking orders, churning out sushi, making delicious fried rice..... He does it all. I asked him if he speaks Chinese. And he says muchass gracias! So funny!! Highly recommend.

Delicious food delivered to the table with beauty and pride. Well done Sonny. Thank you. From the simply edamame (which in fact is not a simple, but infused with 10 different spices and is absolutely delicious) to the boat of sushi and daikon delivered as the final entrée. Azure Fusion Bistro & Saké is delicious, served with pride, and leaves you wanting more! Warm saké. Cold saké. Red wine, white wine, or water the choice is yours. The menu is large- and Sonny does all prep and delivery. Enjoy! Meshiagare.

Sunny provides the most excellent dishes and fantastic presentations in all of College Station. He is a one man army; bartender, cook, server, busser, owner, etc. He provides the most authentic cuisine, cocktails and teas, of all sushi restaurants in town. He even remembered our wine selection from a previous night, a night where the restaurant was extremely busy, Valentine’s Day. We have been coming for years, and realized we had never given him a shout out before. This is long overdue! We love Sunny’s place, the food, the atmosphere, everything. It is our #1 place in College Station for date night, and we have nothing but amazing things to say about Azure. If you’re on a time crunch, and it’s a busy night, please have some grace and understand that he creates these masterpieces all by hand, by himself, for each and every patron. Awesome food! The night we came there was only one person working. This man served tables, cooked food, took orders and made sushi. He was very polite and kind. We did have to wait a little more than a normal restaurant but, it was still a great experience!
